Tracking Tools
Oura Ring Sizing Kit
Description: I use an Oura Ring to track sleep, readiness, and recovery. This sizing kit helps you find your perfect fit before buying the ring — a simple but essential first step if you’re thinking about optimizing your health data.
Oura Ring
The Oura Ring tracks sleep, readiness, and recovery through advanced sensors that monitor heart rate, temperature, and movement. I use it daily to understand how habits, activity, and stress affect my sleep quality and energy levels. I specifically love to track my ‘zone based’ physical activity with this ring.
Note: it is important to determine the correct size before you buy (see the sizing kit above). Color and size can be selected in Amazon after clicking on link.
RENPHO Smart Scale
Description: I like how this scale syncs automatically to my phone, so you can see trends over time rather than focusing on a single number.
RENPHO Smart Measuring Tape
This digital measuring tape makes tracking body changes fast and accurate and easy to do yourself. It connects to the RENPHO app to log any measurements you take (e.g. waist, hip, arm) so you can see how your body composition shifts over time. I use it alongside the RENPHO Smart Scale to get a fuller picture of progress. I have the older less expensive model but it looks like there is a new version as well.
